Mass Maritime Academy Installs SF Marina Systems Floating Breakwaters

Massachusetts Maritime Academy Recently installed a Type 400 floating breakwater to Berth and Protect the Schools assortment of vessels from the exposed Buzzards Bay. The 180′ long 14′ wide Attenuator is moored with (9) 36″ steel piles. Reagan Construction from Newport Ri was the installing contractor.
The Type 400 Floating Breakwaters were manufactured in The SF Marina Systems USA Factory in Virginia.
