HDPE colored fender and internal pile guide technology utilized on USCG Fueling Dock

USCG Station Cape May NJ took delivery of a Type 1240 Industrial Docking System, which will be used as a fuel dock. The system was fitted with a structural HDPE plastic lumber fender, and plastic bumper per the USCG specifications. The HDPE plastic lumber is available on all of the SF Marina Systems products with a range of colors and sizes. SF Marina Systems also offers a range of rubber, wood and composite fenders to suit the needs of the customer. The fender is mounted with stainless steel fasteners ensure long life and adaptability
The USCG dock also included a cast in place structural pile guide allowing unrestricted vessel landing on both sides of the dock. The pile guide is fitted with stainless steel fasteners, and energy absorbing cushion blocks.
