Boston Fire Department Gets New Concrete Floating Docks

SF Marina Systems delivers new concrete floating docks for the Boston Fire department. With winter still holding on, the team from Coastal Marine Construction, assembled and installed the new docks at Burroughs wharf in Boston ma.
The SF Marina Type 1200 docks will provide a robust solution for this rough location. The System includes SF Marina System’s Post tensioned systems to form larger solid landing platforms. The pile guides were also designed with open gates to allow the docks to be removed, allowing access to the fixed pier.
